Shipping

 

We will determine the best and most efficient shipping method based on the merchandise you purchase. We ship to 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we are not able to ship outside of this area.

Our process and package up time is typically 1-2 days on non holiday weekdays plus shipping time. We try to get your items packaged and shipped as quickly as possible for you. 

Shipping times are not guaranteed and can vary based on location, time of year, and weather. Favorite Little Things Co is not responsible for any delays due to the carrier.

Returns 

Favorite Little Things Co accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Food, soaps, lotions and holiday/seasonal items are not returnable. Please email us at shop@favoritelittlethings.com for a return label. There is a $10 return shipping fee for returns that will be deducted from the refund to your original form of payment. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order. We will credit you once it has been received.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment less the shipping fees. Please note that credits may take up to 10 to 14 days to appear on your statement.
